Bathroom light was incredibly noisy because of a fan that needs to be fixed. Accidently left my coat in the wardrobe, called first thing next day and apparently housekeeping didn't report anything. I understand this is my own fault but disappointed that they stole a $400 coat. Reception was not at all helpful and hung up on my face.

We stayed here while visiting a relative in Royal North Shore Hospital. We had a standard queen room, which is not large but fine for us. Even though the Inn is on the highway, our room was very quiet with a beautiful peaceful outlook. It was an easy walk to the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend, and would definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotel we had ever visited . In a very short period of time we find this beautiful hotel with a good view. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely come again. Thank you

Our room was at expected cleanliness and room was quiet. Good access to the public transport, hotel been next to a main road.
