Initially, I booked an apartment at Park Lane Apartments and paid the necessary fee. Then, I received a cancellation notice due to a failed payment. I had booked the apartment again and completed the required payment. Although I received an email confirming my reservation, the application showed that the reservation was canceled. I tried to contact the owner/host to obtain the location and seek further clarification regarding my reservation status, but there was no contact information available, and I received no response to my messages in the chat.

This was a very late notice booking and the folks at Park Lane responded quickly and effectively The apartment is brilliantly located for the west end and visits to many of London's famous sites The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious and well appointed if a little tired Thoroughly recommended

Great for what was needed, very close to tube, Green Park over the road, Shepherd Market around the corner. Surprisingly quiet at night for central London, comfortable bed. I stayed one night and got this on at a discounted rate - it was absolutely fine for me. Had I been staying longer, especially at full price, it might not have seemed such a great deal. The apartment is a little less modern than appears on the photos - the bathroom and kitchen in particular are nothing like the photos on the listing. All fine and workable, but not luxury, if that's what you are looking for.
