Great stay in Niles! The location was perfect, the space was huge, and we absolutely loved our stay at this great Airbnb! Would absolutely return if we came back to Niles.

Really great space for what we needed! We were visiting Notre Dame over the weekend, and the location and price was unmatched for a football weekend. Stairs are steep like previous reviews said, just be mindful if you have any mobility issues. The doors to the office and AirBnB are separated and locked so we had no issue with that. Not pictured is a modern fridge and microwave which worked great for our use. We also used the stove and had no issue either. The floors were a bit dusty with some dirt and the tub is older, a bit dirty, but functional. Would suggest parking on the street rather than the lot unless it's over the weekend. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the ease of checking in!
