Дуже чудове помешкання. Нам дуже сподобалось і сподіваємось повернутись знову. Є невеликий нюанс зі сходами (варто враховувати якщо у вас важкі чемодани, як у нас було). В загальному все ну дуже чудово.

This was our second stay at Nico's place, and just like the previous time, everything went smoothly. The apartment is truly amazing, boasting excellent amenities (the video projector is a standout – watching movies in bed is a delightful experience). Its location is perfect for us, with our favorite bookstore just across the street, a food supermarket right next door, a delightful Georgian take-out, delicious Ukrainian pierogies, and an outstanding coffee place right around the corner. Additionally, the beautiful Wilson Park is only a 5-minute walk away. Nico is an exceptionally friendly, communicative, and helpful host. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great place in Poznan. Old building but modern and clean apartment. Convenient location not far from the main train station. And right next to the tram that goes all over town. Quiet street,but a few good restaurants,grocery shops and bakeries nearby. Check in was easy and Nico was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks Nico :-)

Nico was an excellent host. Friendly, extremely responsive and clearly cared about our comfort and our stay We stayed for two months and loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and it was great and extremely convenient having a washing machine. The local budget supermarket is steps from the apartment building which was super handy! We learned quickly that Polish supermarkets are closed on Sundays so made sure to stock up! The appliances were high end and in excellent condition. My husband loved using the coffee maker and the projector was AWESOME to snuggle in bed and watch a movie. Everyone mentions the stairs in their reviews. They are definitely something to be aware of as it is several stories. We are fit and strong so wasn’t a problem for us! A couple of minor things: 1. The shower is quite small and not that easy to move in! 2. For two of us the space was a little small. If one person wanted to rest or make a call there isn’t really somewhere for the other person to go

Nico's friendliness and openness i liked the most. Very easy and friendly to communicate with, helpful, proactive, ready to give advice on anything. I liked the comfy bed in the "cave", and the 92 stairs kept me fit:) Lots of smart and digital devices in the flat also, but i cant comment on those as i had an old-school, just reading&walking getaway in Poznan. Thanks Nico, good stuff!
