We loved staying at the cottage! It is easy to find and has everything you need. The fireplace makes the nights cozy and just up the hill there are plenty of hikingtrails. Graeme is a wonderfull host and provides you with all the information you need about the house and area. If you have any questions he is quick to reply :)

A perfect place to stay for mountain bike holiday. The storage, maintenance and bike wash facilities together with being able to cycle to the local trails were amazing. The house is lovely and so well equipped. Graeme responded to all communication quickly and was super helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

We have just returned for a 3 nights stay at this wonderful Airbnb. For us, a family of 2 adults & a 2 year old, It was a perfect. From word go Graeme is very informative with all details you need. The description is perfect & is true to the images shown. We purposely chose this Airbnb on how close it was to the Kirroughtree Forest Park. We couldn't have asked for a better location. No need to move the car as we could bike straight from the door. The amenities that the accommodation has with the bike lockers, pump & tool station were fantastic. The house is done out beautifully, cosy & warm. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need & lots of space. We had a fantastic stay, the weather wasn't the best but it did not stop us getting in to that forest & biking our hearts out. We will definitely return & would recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous Airbnb next to the forest. Thanks again.

Great place to stay. Convenient for mountain biking at Kirroughtree Forest and exploring the local area. House was beautifully kept inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.
