The location was beautiful but with no AC in July the heat was unbearable. We bought two fans which the owner agreed to reimburse us for. Then the rental manger wrote afterwards and accused us of drinking their wine which we didn’t do, in fact we left a lot of our wine and beverages that we didn’t consume. They also accused us of damaging a table which didn’t happen. Toilet paper was missing along with body soap and light bulbs. The Wi-Fi was also not working for the first day we arrived. The views were lovely and ponza was magical but the management of the property was flawed. There are also a lot of stairs that one must walk up to get to the property.

I stayed here with my family including older adults and children and we had the most fantastic time. We feel so lucky to have found this place! It’s really a little slice of paradise. Spacious, relaxing and with a million dollar view. The two terraces are outstanding, from which you can spend hours watching boats, the water and the sunset. We were happy that it was walking distance (20 minutes) to the port area with all the shops and restaurants, but a little beach and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the villa, but they’re low steps and the walk is scenic. Would recommend bringing up plenty of bottled water and breakfast items. The front bedrooms are generous with doors to the view, and the second two bedrooms are more modest. We are already planning our next visit back to Ponza, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

La location è splendida , la vista sul Porto di Ponza affascinante, l'Host premurosa, disponibile e velocissima nel rispondere anche il più banale contrattempo. E' stata una vacanza perfetta ed indimenticabile.
