We enjoyed our stay, the view was wonderful. Being situated on the front, the bedrooms at the back of the property were very quiet. Thank you for supplying the sunshine.

Spectacular views of ever changing sea. Warm comfortable flat with great beds. Just what we needed to relax and enjoy Hastings .

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay as a massive water pipe burst in the local area the morning we were due to stay so the apartment (along with 30,000 other nearby homes) were without water. However, want to give kudos to Andrea for how she dealt with the unexpected circumstances. She was easy to communicate with, very clear, made no fuss in arranging the cancellation and even notified us once water was working again in case we wanted to rebook. We would love to visit another time as she is clearly a very professional host.

Lovely seafront apartment with a beautiful interior! Such a wonderful location with views of the sea from the comfort of the living room. Tidy and comfortable apartment with everything you could need for short stay in Hastings. Andrea was a wonderful host; she was helpful with recommendations and very responsive via messages. The details for check in / out were derailed and clear. Overall I’d highly recommend this apartment to others :)

We really enjoyed the apartment with lovely views of the sea through the big window at the front. Located on the first floor it was not too much of a climb and connected really easily to the life going on outside. Observing the behaviour of the dogs and their owners on the beach at low tide was fun. Bedrooms and bathroom were perfect and quiet. The only thing we people from the continent find hard to get is the English fondness for bathtubs rather than a shower.
