We stayed here as a family of 8. It was a great location in a quieter place in North Myrtle Beach. We had a pretty view from our balcony. We didn’t hear any noises from the neighbors or anything and we appreciated that, having two kids who napped and went to bed early. The condo was large enough for all of us and we were able to cook meals and live comfortably for the week. Our biggest problem was the rental agency, and its lack in communication and problem solving. We checked in Saturday and could not access the pool or beach reliably until Monday. We specifically rented the place to have easy access to these things. There were gates that required a bracelet with a fob of some kind, and Thomas Beach didn’t provide it for us or make it any easier to figure out. In the end, we only got 2 fobs and they offered a very low, inadequate refund for our troubles. I asked to speak to the manager all week; our trip is over and I haven’t heard a thing. We won’t be renting through them again.
