Wonderful place and a great location! It was perfect for us. Very clean and also had comfy linens. I’d definitely stay again!

Brandy's place was wonderful. It had lots and lots of towels and bedding. We would rate it a 10 plus on having enough towels and extra comforters and pillows. Everything was very clean and comfortable. This apartment is large and spacious and in a quaint part of town with lots of historical things to see just by taking a walk. We would stay here again.

I booked a rental on Airbnb that stated it was 4 bedrooms and 2 baths for $211 a night. In that description it said this was actually 2- 2 bedroom one bath units. I received a message through Airbnb from the host Brandy (whom was the original contact when I made the reservation) the day before check-in with instructions. In this message it sounded as though there was only 1 apartment rented and I replied immediately to verify we had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths as the rental I paid for indicated. I received no response and messaged a couple more times with no response. When I arrived at the location, I discovered that in fact it was only 1 - 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. I immediately tried to call the phone numbers given for contact in my check-in message. The first number was an automated answer that connected me to a woman that had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and had nothing to do with a rental in Keystone. The second number was a local Property Manager that had absolutely nothing to do with this rental and was quite frustrated that her number was being given out! She stated she had the gal that hosts the rental on social media and would message her, which she did. She had ZERO obligation to help me but did, and stated that is probably why the gal gave her number, simply because she was a nice person and was being taken advantage of. I spoke to another family renting a unit in the same building who indicated they too had been fooled by the 4 bedroom 2 bath add, but made it work and didn't call anyone about it due to the fact that they were only paying around $500 and figured it was still a good deal. She showed me the same message she got for check in with the same false numbers. I then received a message through Airbnb from a different name than the original host stating she spoke with her property manager Tamara who advised her that I needed to speak with her. I had already spoken to Tamara who stated she had sent a message via social media requesting the host call me, so I know that she did not speak directly to her so that was a lie, in addition to the lie that Tamara was the property manager. The message that I received through Airbnb messaging from a Moire was in broken English and kept repeating that they were sorry that I misunderstood the ad. I will make it very clear that I misunderstood nothing, the ad very clearly stated 4 bedrooms and 1 bath for $211/night. I have screenshots to prove the ad states 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. I will be contacting Airbnb for a refund and some sort of reprecussion for this dishonest host!
