The cutlery and crockery did not match the number of guests. There were no lamp shaded for the exposed light bulbs. The door lock was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door is quite small for a tall person. The shower finishes/paint made it look like it had black mould. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work. There was no hairdryer. No coffee, only 4 Rooibos Teabags, 4 sugar sachets, no milk. No soap, shower gel or shampoo. Empty can of bug spray. Random chandelier/candle holder way too big for decoration on a random cupboard in the passage. The final thing that made us pack our bags and leave was an elaborate babyshower that was hosted at the guest house, carrying on much layer than originally advised. No parking was available, and access to the pool that was advertised was not available. We asked for a refund of the night we had to leave early, and to date no feedback. The cost did not equal the value of the stay. Very dissapointing. Then the final
