This place was great, the only downside, is that if you bring pets, one side of the fence is open. Our dogs tried to go visit the neighbors a few times and we ended up having to put them on a leash when they needed to potty. Otherwise, this was a very nice weekend getaway and it was very reasonably priced especially with pets. We enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb was very cute, and unlike the previous review, the house was very clean when we arrived. Any previous issues with the master bath seem to have been fixed. However, it does seem like one of those airbnb's that doesn't budget sufficient time for cleaners and relies on guests communicating issues rather than proactively assessing them. (They seemed like they would have been responsive, but do I want to complain about there only being 3 spoons? not really?) When we arrived, the dishwasher was clean, but not emptied and there was a load on bedding still in the dryer that was "done" but still damp. The cleaners had left us a note apologizing (no critique of them), but given that everything else seemed well cleaned, and that we had been offered the option of checking in an hour early, my guess is that they were not paid or allocated enough time to stay long enough to deal with common issues like previous guests not running the dishwasher. Just an annoyance considering the price.

Great place needed a few repairs and yard debris cleared, but its off season. Good location and excellent communication
