This apartment was very homey and comfortable. It was everything Amy said it would be. She was very quick to respond when I did have a small issue. I will absolutely be booking with her again! Thank you Amy for making me feel like it was my home away from home!
Enjoyed my stay. Everything was (almost) perfect. The rental above was loud, clunky shoes, dragging things, old squeaky floors overhead, all evening and very early morning. A box fan, window fan, sound machine and ear plugs were offered for the noise. But, the box fan didn’t exist, the window fan too heavy to move alone, the sound machine didn't work, and I’m unable to wear earplugs due to faulty eardrums. Suffice it to say, did not sleep well for three days. Otherwise, Amy was a gem and I would definitely come back, stay in an upper unit, and explore Coos Bay in the summer or fall.

Place was huge. I stayed in Unit #2 by myself. Had a full living room, tv, desk. Big bedroom with big closet and lots of storage. Very big kitchen and great in closed outdoor patio. Was a great time. If I am ever in the area again, I’d definitely stay here. Nice and quiet. No issues with parking. Plenty of grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. Really really enjoyed it

Outgoing, outdoorsy, mom and business owner. I love to travel and visit new places and love to meet new people. I have met and kept in touch with many new friends that have stayed in my homes. I cannot live without Running and Coffee!! I love entertaining, hiking with my girls and my yellow lab, running trails, mtn biking and riding cruiser bikes downtown for a glass of wine. It is very important to me to live in a great atmosphere in the heart of everything where you can build a community. I bought my 750 sq ft home in Boise so that I could be close to restaurants, bars, trails, downtown, and nightlife and enjoy a unique lifestyle that only the Northend has to offer. Hyde Park is a true neighborhood and the local eateries and shopping area will give you a feel at home vibe! Once you visit, you will understand! Our beach home in Pacific City also reflects the importance that we place on atmosphere and location being directly across form the beach and walking, biking distance to the local brewery. I try to make sure that my guests feel at home and they have access to the home as if it were there own. I appreciate courteous guests but expect them to fully utilize all of the amenities in the house. (ie: grill, patio, coffee, laundry, condiments, etc..)
