Chris is an exceptional host this is our second time staying in one of her locations. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Added the BBQ grill which was convenient for our setup. Thanks again Chris.

This was perfect for our vacation. The space easily fit 6 people, was very clean and looked exactly as we expected. The kitchen was also very well-stocked, making it easy to cook each night. Since it was early April, the heated pool was perfect for the kids to be able to play in all day without getting too cold.

The house exceeded our expectations and we loved being 400 metres from the Withlacoochee Trail. Inverness is close with lots of dining options.

House was fantastic. Clean and spacious. I only put 4 stars out of 5 because I didn't like having to plan when to use the hot tub. Because the hot tub and pool were on the same heater, we had to switch when we wanted to use the hot tub and it would take approximately 2 hours to heat up. Although this didn't affect the rating, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the neighbor behind the house. I don't know if they were a rental or not, but they had at least 2 dogs that would bark at various times, for different lengths of time. It was annoying, but we would put on the outdoor television to help distract us. Overall, worth the rental.
