As a seasoned traveler that has developed particular simple pleasures over the years, I truly enjoyed my stay at Carl's Bicentennial Inn. Everyone I interacted with was always pleasant and I was never not greeted with a smile. Buckhannon is a gorgeous small town that represents true Americana. I grew up in a small town so I felt right at home there. It was safe and clean. Good coffee was always available in the lobby, too! Oh! I almost forgot! The location is right downtown so everything you might need is within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Checking in was easy, the bed and and room was very clean and everything worked. I couldn’t ask for much more.
