I really enjoyed staying at the Nauti Otter. My room was small but very clean, warm and the bed was one of the most comfy I've slept in. The communal living space and kitchen were places where I met the other guests and staff and it was a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. it is out of town and I had to get a taxi there but other guests were generous with lifts into town. I went on a day cruise which Heather booked for me. I can recommend the Nauti Otter .

I stayed in the 'loon saloon' cabin. The place was charming, the bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Everyone I met was very friendly. I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay again if in the area in the future.

I was visiting Seward for a couple of days and ended up choosing Heather's place and I'm glad I did. It was quite a unique experience starting in a shack that only had enough space for one person. However, that does not take away from the amenities present here. The office had everything I needed. The washrooms were clean, multiple kitchens, lots of opportunities to interact with other guests. The property manager Adrienne also deserves a mention. She was always available to answer all my questions. My only complaint would be that I could not use the laundry when I really needed it. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're okay with a unique stay without all the usual luxuries of a hotel.

Fantastic little quaint and "Unique" place to stay while investigating Seward, AK. Heather was great to take the time to show me around as I was 2 hours early coming in from the back country from photographing Grizzly Bears and was tired and wanted to get settled. Great location and great staff. Spent the week hiking and doing landscape and more wildlife photography. Mark

The room smells and the floor and door have huge gaps. Bugs and rodents are in the room..
