We absolutely loved Natalie's place, so much space in a beautiful location. the kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the games room, outside space and local beach.

It’s a perfect location for a bigger group. The house is fantastic and right on the beach. Natalie was really responsive with local recommendations and also was able to put us in contact with a local babysitter which was great. We all loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more.

I took my family to Downings for Easter. There were 18 of us and the house was perfect. The house is only a few mins walk from the beach, a bar, shop and a couple of hotels. The house itself had plenty of space for everyone and although there were 18 of us, it didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was really well kitted out with plenty of plates, cups, glasses etc and had a massive table for us all to sit round . The games room proved a real hit with the kids and they loved the table tennis and pool. The views from the master bedroom were amazing. Natalie was a super host. Very quick to respond to messages and gave us some tips of things to do in the local area. The house was exactly as described and we had no issues getting in. Downings itself is beautiful and lots to do in the surrounding area including plenty of beach walks. Murder Hole beach is a short drive away. It’s a short but very hilly walk to it but well worth it. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely be back

This was one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful view and house has everything you needed even for a big group. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Just a few minutes walk into Downings.

Perfect place for large group. Never felt like we were on top of each other. Great village, amazing beach, super restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Couldn’t fault it.
