A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. A comfortable queen bed, sofas, a huge walk-in closet. Located in quiet residential neighborhood with free parking, convenient to I-95/DC. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, very close to Old Town Manassas. Secure keyless entry.

Please note: If you have a pet, you will be subjected to paying a cleaning fee of $50/pet (not included in listing fee)

You will have access to the entire basement which is very spacious and has that feeling of home. Comes with 1 bedroom with a queen bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. Free High speed WiFi, a private iMac computer, a 55" Samsung QLED TV (w/ netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc), Tea/coffee/creamer, water bottles, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, lotion, fridge, microwave and iron is provided during your stay.

Selasi is an amazing host and we felt right home. It was really nice to feel comfortable when we were transitioning between moves. He was always available if we needed anything and there was so much space and comfort for our stay! We would book again.

This place is spacious and clean. The bathroom is 5 star material! The whole basement is neat and clean. I brought my puppy and it was perfect because we have our own door to the patio outside and plenty of grass for the puppy to go potty. Highly recommend this place!

I am a software engineer who works from home full time now due to COVID-19. My love of traveling has taken me to a lot of places and I have had the privilege to experience other cultures. I really love meeting new people on my adventures and I have tried to learn some new languages as well. I have seen my fair share of hotels, Airbnb houses and even couch-surfed on my travels. As a host, I can’t wait to show fellow travelers the same great hospitality that I have had across the globe. My property is just a few minutes from historic Manassas and you will have the entire basement to yourself. There are also lots of parks and hiking trails close by that you can visit. I am happy to show you around if that’s something you would like.
