Cottage looked lovely on arrival, but was spoiled by the stairs which were dangerous , even for able bodied people. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The kitchen sink was heavily stained with tea or coffee, which we removed with bleach. Garden very untidy and required maintenance. Bedside lamps in main bedroom did not work, although the room itself was nicely decorated and comfortable.

We have just returned home from a great weekend in Carlys beautiful cottage. It feels like home from home & was very cosy! The cottage has everything that you will need & it's in the heart of a lovely little village & all amenities are close by. We cannot wait to come back thank you.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Absolutely spotless, top quality linens, crockery and furnishings. Lovely welcoming tea/coffee/ cookies and local made fudge. Lots to do and see in the local area .Beaches wildlife, NT property, river cruises. Excellent communication from Carly ….. Great stay … we will be returning.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful village location. It had everything we needed for our stay and had a fantastic homely feel. The stairs took a little getting used to as they are steep. I'd definitely stay again. Carly was really responsive when messaging me.
