Clean and big apartment. Nice location to easily get to Levanto and cinqe Terre. We did not have any contact in person with the host, but communication was easy through text messages.

We stayed for four nights in the lower apartment which was lovely and perfect for the three of us. It was a little difficult finding Villa Lucia which is located right across from the L'Osteria dei Galli. A good thing about the area is that the mountainous terrain made the warm summer nights bearable. It was super easy to communicate with Christian and Simona and I would recommend staying with them. Thanks!

L'appartamento di Christian è molto curato e pulito, la posizione ottima per raggiungere Levanto. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, tornerò sicuramente.

When we first arrived we discovered that there was no washing machine, even though it was listed on the Airbnb advertisement. This was annoying as we selected this appartement over others because of the washing machine. After further inspecting we discovered that everything was dirty, not cleaned at all! Dirty dishes, toothpaste stains, stains in the shower, dead bugs, hair and even a dead salamander in one of the drawers. Luckily Christian got a cleaner that evening to clean the apartment. Then I got a message from Simone that we had made a mistake and that there was no washing machine listed on the Airbnb, I had a gut feeling that she had changed the advertisement quickly to seem as if we had looked wrong. Lo and behold, when I refreshed the page the advertisement was changed so it did not contain a washing machine, disappointed to say the least. However this was not the only problem we encountered, there were multiple normal things missing in this apartment such as: curtains, stair for the bed (although this was later fixed), the sink in the bathroom was clogged (also fixed later). The wifi worked adequate but only in the living room. The location is very nice, close to Levanto 20min (ideal for Cinque Terre) and highway nearby. The area was calm with a beautiful scenery.

Helle und moderne Wohnung, die wir sehr sauber vorgefunden haben. Die Lage ist super geeignet für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Hinterland. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich und unkompliziert. Gegenüber ist eine leckere Osteria, die wir gerne empfehlen. Wir haben 5 Nächte dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
