校區房，周邊都是年輕人離地鐵商圈都很近 樓下旁就有間餐館好吃老闆人又好，房子乾淨整潔很喜歡採光跟風景，時常在客廳看日落

Positive: The accommodation was close to konkuk university and childrens grand park station (line 7) which was very convenient for me. The area is pretty quiet so you can study and sleep well. The host was really friendly and nice. In the beginning I had to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress, it even hurt on the next morning but the host was kind and changed the mattress after talking to him. Around the house are many good restaurants and convenient stores. Also it's 10-15 minutes by foot to the next big supermarket. The cleaning service was ok but not perfect. (I have high cleaning standards) Negative: The Wi-Fi is super slow and often not reliable. The room fee is kinda expensive considering you have to share kitchen and bathroom. The walls are thin so it might be noisy. Especially at night I couldn't sleep sometimes. Your mates might not meet your hygiene standards and you have to deal with dirty toilets, kitchen, etc. Sometimes you might see a cockroach. (I killed them of course)
