We had a great stay in Mario's appartment with our family of 5 (two adults, three children). While the appartment is not super big (two bedrooms were used for the children, we slept on the sofa bed in the living room), it was perfectly doable - and the appartment has several advantages: - It has a terrace which allowed us to eat outside. - Clean and modern - Airconditioning in all rooms - Free parking on a parking lot about 5-10 minutes walking distance - Last but not least, it has a stellar location: The town center of Castiglione Della Pescaia is 5 minutes walking away. This was by far the best town we have stayed in. It gets a star in the Michelin guide for good reason: nice restaurants, nice beach (10 minutes walking distance), shops in walking distance (carrefour expres very close by, Coop a bit further but doable to walk), lots of activities going on. Fantastic. In short, highly recommended!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum sowie den Strand und die bezaubernde Altstadt in ein paar Minuten. Wir verbrachten mehrere Wochen in Mario's Wohnung und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr grosszügig und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man für einen kurzen oder auch langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

We 2 adults have been guest at Mario`s Appartement in September and had a good time. The nice and spacious Terrasse with the view of the Harbour and the sea is amazing. We loved to see the Sunset and enjoyed that it is furnished with table and chairs as well as sun chairs. The Appartement is closed to the town and closed to the „ Borgo „ as well as to the sea. We went to the Center only a few steps from the Appartement and there is all you need, Restaurants, Café, Gelateria, Shops, Supermarket and much more. Saturday you find a market 2 steps away from the Appartement. We loved that so much. The Appartement is well equiped with all you need, all is new and modern with a great Terasse. Sara welcomed us warm and friendly and helped us with some nice tips. Mario & Sara left us a Bottle of nice tuscany wine and water. We found both are friendly People. And we had the possibility to left the Appartement later than normal. Thanks a lot for the wonderful time in the lovely Appartement. We are thankfull and can definitely recommend the place.
