I can’t imagine a better unrestricted view of the ocean directly below. The golf cart was a very nice addition too. We were able to travel around at our leisure.

Beautiful view and the location couldn’t be better! The carpet is old and ripped and we didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot on the carpet. It was great that they had tennis rackets and golf putters in the closet to enjoy the amenities!

ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! The place was infested with ants which was so disgusting and not acceptable when you're paying $1,325 a night. When you walk in the door there's a laminated sign that says it's ant season and please don't leave any food out. It's not like you'd want to even eat there when there's ants crawling everywhere! All over the kitchen, in the silverware drawer, in both bathrooms, crawling in our luggage and even us! At one point my poor niece woke up to ants all over her pillow. I called the host/management company right when I arrived and their solution was to leave a bottle of Terro ant spray outside our front door for us to deal with the problem. How is this my job while on vacation? We were there for 3 nights and the ant issue was never taken care of no matter how much to sprayed. There was no refund for the ants as they have a zero return policy which is messed up. Must be nice to just rent out a place knowing you have a problem and doing nothing about it and AirBNB was no help either so please keep this in mind. The place needs to be closed and professionally fumigated before it's rented. The golf cart sucked. Yes, it was nice to have one but you wondered if you were going to make it up the hill it went so slow. They had no dish towels and towers thrown in a corned of the bathroom when you arrived. It's dated and nothing special on the inside of the unit. You're 100% paying for the view (which is spectacular) but not worth for all the disappointment that comes with it.

The views were breathtaking! Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves below was amazing! Having use of the golf cart made it alot of fun! A little expensive, but for us it was worth it! Thanks for a peaceful vacation!

Beautiful unit, but I strongly advise you to rent directly from the owner, not from this agency. The unit was not properly equipped, the golf cart was old and rickety and had trash and dirty laundry in it, and while they did bring us propane and forks when we explained that they were missing, they sassed me sarcastically over text about my complaints and offered zero accommodation of any kind to make up for the trouble. I would describe their service policy as, “Do the bare minimum.”
