Private complex with a pool and parking. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The balcony is really nice, with a pool view. The bathroom and main sofa need a thorough cleaning. Please bring hand soap, toilet paper, and other toiletry items.

worst experience ever with Airbnb, yvonna's place was full of bugs (spiders in every corner and stinky bugs on curtain), dirt on the floor and big problems with the hot water (boiler). she sent a guy to fix the problem, but he couldn't do anything for more than 20 minutes.. we've contacted her and she offered us a lot of alternative but in the same area with the same problems, she was very rude in the dialogues, she started lieing about that dirt and insects were not in the moment of check-in, overall we left after just 30 minutes. the place was a mess, i am super disappointed about this experience, bad apartament with super unrespectful and unprofessional lady. make yourself a favor and choose another Balchik apartament, doesn't worth the risk.. i regret that I cannot add pictures here so can everybody see the miserable conditions!

first.. the place we booked was not the one in the pictures. and another building on a country road.. they said it s an upgrade, but looked preety shity. the onlg good thing was that the host did all she could for us to get the keys (not a hotel, but a vila or smth) at 2 am when we got tbere from bucharest.
