I highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Nice. It was so close to the beach and the main strip of restaurants. Mathis’ was very accommodating and checked in to see how we were finding everything which was very kind. The apartment was even supplied with beach umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera gel plus additional amenities which made our stay that extra bit more comfortable. Thank you Mathis!

It is very close to the sea, and there is a supermarket next to it. The accommodation is very good, and the host is very friendly. I strongly recommend it!!!!!

Second séjour chez Mathis. Un réel plaisir de séjourner à nouveau dans son appartement. Nuit de transition qui m’a permis d’aller voir mon fils. Encore MERCI Mathis.
