A comfortable studio in a part of town so lovely that you won’t spend much time in this very comfy studio. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood of a beautiful city. Walk in one direction and you’ll be in the nearby Jardin Publique, then cross over to the Contemporary Art Museum, and if you’re so inclined you can join the screaming masses at the amusement park. In the other direction you can find beautiful, lively downtown Bordeaux. This city has been lovingly preserved so you won’t be outraged at having the 18th century buildings replaced by some modern cut and paste buildings (you’ll find those in the periphery). There’s a convenient tram that you’ll only take when you’ve tired of walking. Traffic here is actually courteous! The place is small so I recommend it for a solo traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

번화가까지 도보로 충분히 이동할 수 있고, 대중교통도 가깝습니다. 다만 대로변 1층에 위치해 환기를 시킬 때마다 벌레가 들어오고 지나가는 사람과 눈이 마주칩니다. 약간의 불편은 있었으나 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.

Patrick was very kind to accommodate my late arrival. Place is perfectly situated in the very heart of the city, easy to walk around, take any public transport, just nearby a beautiful park, all restaurants and boutiques! Only detail - the street is quite noisy so taking ear plugs if you have sensitive sleep can be a good idea;) Other than that fully satisfied and happy with the place. Thank you Patrick

I consider myself very lucky to have found this gem. The pictures reflect the space perfectly - spotless, charming, cozy. The location is amazing surrounded by restaurants, a beautiful park and lots of transportation nearby (although very walkable). Patrick was responsive and easy to communicate with. My only hiccup was the internet was not the best at times (maybe due to the rain?), but that wouldn't stop me from returning if I were ever back in Bordeaux.
