We had stayed at this property several years ago. It has been well kept up and is a very nice place! Very reasonably priced for the area. The pool is lovely and there is a nice beach area also. We would definitely stay here again.

We will not return to Key Colony for the reasons listed below: The bathroom did not have an air vent so we had to open the window when we showered to keep it from steaming up completely. There was no closet floor or overhead space for our suitcases/bags (it was full with owner's personal items and cleaning stuff). We had to keep our stuff on the sofa and floor. There was no other storage option for our non-hanging clothes. All cabinets in the kitchen were full of dishes and cookware so we had to create space for our snack/food items in the dining area and on the small counter space available. Also, the property has TOO MANY rules. Specifically, no coolers are allowed on the beach or in the pool area; no music is allowed without headphones; no food or drinks are allowed in the pool area; and no unregistered guests are allowed (we were vacationing with another couple and wanted to invite them over our last night there but couldn't). They should add "NO FUN" to their rules.

The condo was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Right off US-1 but secluded enough to be away from it too. Good ocean views and convenient location to small beach areas. Overall, great stay in Marathon!

Our stay with Cindy was perfect. The unit was clean and well stocked and the beach and pool were right out the door. We enjoyed being right in the middle of the keys and close to everything. The biggest perk was the friendly and responsive staff. We will definitely be back!

Great place with comfortable beds and everything you need. About a half mile walk to good restaurants. Safe quiet neighborhood too!
