The cottage is in a great ,easy to reach location to explore both Kerry and Cork County. t is charming,cozy and very comfortable.All the amenities you would need for a great,neat ,fun stay.Not everybody can say that they slept in a cottage built in 1750.Talk about an authentic experience,so cool. Highly recommended and not in the least because of the lovely hostess and host.

This traditional Irish cottage was an amazing stay! Modern amenities for an old fashioned way of life, and convenient rides to Cork and Killarney. The home was cozy and so well kept.

Great little period cottage with all amenities you need. Great sized garden for dogs but perhaps could do with a little more fencing for the four-legged escape artists! Gerry extremely helpful and would definitely stay here again if needed to be in the area

Lovely cottage! Everything you could need and more! Gerry was the perfect host, showed us everything and was always on hand when or if needed! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Great for families. Perfect location

Our stay in Gerry´s and Bridie´s house has been great. It is a original Irish house which has been renovated very nicely. We loved it, with its red door. The beds are good and we slept very well. It has a cosy fireplace, but we were very lucky to have wonderful warm weather, so we could sit and eat in the garden. The road didn´t bother us at all, you just have to be careful driving in and out. You can easily visit Kilarny, the ring of Kerry, Cork, Croman Beach. We went flyfishing in the Black river.
