A great place to stay for multiple families with people and children of different ages. Ours ranged from 3 -70 and we all had a great time. The property felt special which is what we were looking for to celebrate our parent's birthdays. Some nice welcome touches. The host was very quick to respond with a couple of queries.

Jerry's place was lovely and in a great location for celebrating my friends hen party. The rooms were beautiful and the beds comfy. There were bits of the house that unfortunately were a bit disappointing as we booked it based on the amenities. The sauna didn't work and despite calling out the maintenance guy he couldn't get it fixed. There was no way of controlling the temperature of the hot tub and it didn't match the one in the pictures. It didn't get particularly warm and we had to get maintenance out to get it warmer. One of the pictures looked to show a large grassy area but this was actually just the AstroTurf under the hot tub. One of the toilets had an issue and didn't flush properly which again maintenance couldn't fix. If we hadn't come across these issues, then this would have been a five star experience as it had everything we could have wanted for a weekend in the lakes with friends. Hopefully these are sorted for the next guests.

Jerry made us feel welcome right from the start of the booking, The house did not disappoint. It is in a wonderful location near pubs, restaurants and shops. The outside space is safe and private and we were able to park 5 cars safely behind a gate. We loved the hot tub and the adventurous ones amongst us even braved the ice bath! The house itself was modern, stylish and squeaky clean, we were welcomed with a great hamper. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it’s a super space for 16 to dine. Each bedroom was large and comfortable with king or super king beds. We were given hotel like products and soft white towels. The cave bar, cinema room and games room were exceptional. We went with a group of girls for a 50th birthday , everyone was so impressed at this little find and have shared with contacts. We felt safe and could walk to pubs and bars within a minute. It’s a perfect get together house. I would definitely return
