Don’t expect 3-stars hotel. Be careful in this neighborhood, if it’s possible always take taxi option. For swimming pool, gym, spa… you have to pay extra.
We used the room only for sleep, but hotel provide a lot of services and good welcome things. Price, servis, clean, free taxi to the center - are good as-is.

The city center (Malinovského náměstí) can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The Körnerova tram stop is close to the hotel. Tram number 2 or number 4 will take you directly to the city center.
