The home is very big, comfortable and well located. Very sociable space and nice outdoor environment and pool. The location is very remote with a beautiful view, and quiet but is a bit challenging to locate. Good location for visiting Trapani, Marsala and Palermo and a very nice nearby quiet beach. Also nearby to an amazing natural thermal pool in Segesta as well as the Temple. For the price paid, I would say it missed some luxuries. The sun loungers have no cushions which make them very uncomfortable. Cleanliness could be improved particularly in glassware and bathrooms could do with some improvement in terms of refurb. Doors need trimming as they screech and stick along the floor and lighting needs to be improved as its very dull everywhere. Roberto was very nice, responsive and helpful to our questions. Just a few improvements would make it a very luxurious Airbnb.

We absolutely loved staying at Roberto's Villa. There were 9 of us and the villa was the perfect size, we stayed for a whole week. Roberto was super responsive and attentive. He gave us plenty of recommendations and was always quick to respond when we msg'd him. The location is beautiful! Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or big family keen to experience Sicily! Grazie Mille Roberto!!

excellent séjour chez Roberto. c'est une vraie maison de vacances : vue incroyable sur la mer, calme, maison meublée simplement mais parfaite pour un séjour à deux familles de 5 personnes. un hôte très prévenantet réactif si on a la moindre question ou besoin pendant le séjour. merci !

Merci beaucoup Roberto. Un hôte d’une grande sympathie et d’une grande gentillesse, les échanges avant et pendant le séjour ont été simples et efficaces. Roberto prend soin de sa maison et s’assure de tout mettre en oeuvre pour que votre séjour se passe bien. La maison est impeccable, idéale pour 8 mais peut prendre jusqu’à 12 personnes. Tout a séduit notre groupe : l’emplacement, la vue, la piscine, salée et l’espace extérieur qui est grand et agréable. Merci, je recommande fortement.
