Instead, the nature will become your main distraction. Right out of the cabin you will find plenty opportunities for recreation surrounded by beautiful scenery. Enjoying morning breakfast with breathtaking sea and mountain views from our outdoor terrace, just a few meters away from the sea can't get much better. Stay in a brightly decorated wooden house of 70 m2, with 3 small bedrooms, spacious living room, fire place and cosy reading area. Also a dinning room and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and all utensils is available and of course a nice and warm, full bathroom with a toilet and shower cubicle is to your disposal. Our property comes with a peaceful outside area of 2000 square meter of land which is a mixture of trees, pastures with grazing farm animals, flowery and fruity meadows, rocks and sea front with a private beach. Area around the cabin is equipped with garden furniture and campfire for your enjoyment. Femris is an island just west of Inndyr in Gildeskål municipality. It’s a low lying island with the highest slope on the island is 62 meters above sea level. From the quay there is a hiking path through most of the island. It’s worth to take time to explore the island as there are some great views around Femris. There a several sandy beaches both further south and north of the island, for example the Høgholmen being one of them. There are many shells at the beach, and beautiful turquoise sea water. Kletjønna is Femris only real fresh water and it is possible to go for a swim there if you are interested. We have a very popular fishing spot just 5 minutes walking where you can catch some of the best trophies - sei, kveite, haddock or even halibut can be found. Bird watching, shell picking, rock climbing, even hiking can be very popular if weather permits. Bringing a good book could also be a great idea.
