If you have a group of 4+ and are looking for something in summer I think this place would be amazing as you could properly take advantage of the facilities. For winter activities you really have to head out and the overall neighbourhood is not the strongest for this. It is worth saying neither of our cellphones worked here and there is no wifi at this time. You might consider that a feature or a bug!
