Great stay, excellent hosts!
Magnificent, beautiful house with character and authenticity. High ceilings, original vintage doors and windows. Atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. Wonderful garden and space around the house. The best equipped and stocked kitchen of any place I have been before. Leone and Katie are amazing hosts. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Location is without compromise. Close to the center, closer to the beach and even more close to the river park . Supermarkets nearby, small and big. Variety of restaurants at walking distance. Overall superb experience.

Toen ik aan mijn korte verblijf in Valencia dacht, had ik exact dit in mijn gedachten. Een romantische, authentieke plek op een ideale locatie. Die vond ik dus in de guesthouse van Leon en Katie. De woning is in één woord geweldig. De details en het interieur laten menig interieurjunkiehart sneller kloppen. De tuin is oprecht een oase van rust en de gezellige tafel nodigt uit spontane, lange avonden met Spaanse wijn, tapas en nieuwe guesthouse vrienden te beleven. De namiddagen breng je tot de avond door lekker op het strand en na een frisse douche bereid je je voor op het avondprogramma, kortom helemaal heerlijk! En dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over de gastvrijheid en bruisende energie van de hosts. Leon en Katie zijn de soort hosts waar airbnb zo trots op is. Niks teveel en sfeer en hart voor reizigers. Kortom, deze plek is in alle opzichten een aanrader!
Katie and Leon are amazing hosts and make sure everyone has the most pleasant stay at their beautiful place. They have a good eye for detail and we enjoyed the backyard very much. Of course Valencian summer nights are very hot so our lovely hosts provided us with a fan (in addition to the A/C that we didn't want to keep running the whole night). Thank you for that! We can definitely recommend staying with Katie & Leon!
