David's condo is on the 3rd floor of a gated residential building, just around the corner from one of the elevators, so very convenient for coming and going. We never heard any noise from other residents, and when we met anyone in the hall they were all very friendly. There were beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains from the bedroom and the balcony. The building is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, also convenient to Hwy 25 and the road straight into downtown. David was very quick to answer any questions we had, and also a good liaison to the building manager. The fitness room was well-equipped. The condo itself is very nice, very clean and well-decorated with comfortable furniture and nice kitchen items. It is a little small, perfect for a single person or a couple who enjoy each other's company :-) . I'm not sure I would recommend it for a couple who need their own space, at least not long-term. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I loved this condo. I had about a 2 month stay and it felt like home immediately. It was very clean, awesome shower pressure, and all around cozy. The building was in a prime location, next to tons of food, shopping and the mall. The other tenants through out the building were friendly. David had amazing communication and was always quick to respond and/or remedy any issue. All in all, it was a great stay, I could not recommend this place enough!

Safe and secure location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need for long term stay. The building has amazing amenities and it’s totally worth the money 💰

This is a wonderful condo! I stayed for about a month and the place felt comfortable, clean and ready to be lived in, even in a temporary manner. The kitchen has it all when it comes to cooking and the internet/wifi is strong enough for internet intensive remote working. The building and grounds are covid conscious, quiet and clean. You're about 30 minutes from hyde park, on the mountain and 15 minutes to downtown. The interior is New Mexican themed, you'll face the mountains and the sunrise, and the bedding is soft. I would stay again if given the chance :)
