With the Leisure Area on the River Thames, a lovely place to go and explore. There’s an outdoor gym, large park area, playground and adventure playground as well as a pond and landscaped gardens. Bluewater shopping centre is about a 10 minute drive from the house. Bars, restaurants and pubs nearby. Dartford is also close by as well as Northfleet. There are plenty of local shops to get food whether it’s a take away or grocery shops. Pelham Road offers plenty of shops and takeaway shops, like a Tesco Extra and Co-op, or a fish and chips, Chinese etc. The area is mostly full of residential terrace houses. With families and young professionals. Accessibility via car is easy from the house. You are around 9 minutes away from the M25 and 3 minutes from the A2. No bike storage available.
