We had a wonderful stay. Richard and Allison run an emaculate home. The home was close to the nearby aquatics center where we were attending a swim meet. The home was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were nice touches with snacks and a personalized note. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stay with Richard and Allison at least twice each year. They always have the home ready to go and it’s like my home away from home.

I stayed here with my parents and six month old for a long weekend while visiting family in Federal Way. The duplex was exactly what we needed. It was clean, accessible, safe, and included anything you’d find during a hotel stay. There was a kind welcome card from the hosts, basket of light snacks, and small amenities throughout that made us feel welcome. Everything was in working order, and the instructions and guides were helpful. Thank you for a great stay. I would stay here again on a future trip.

Place is great! Perfect spot in Tacoma! Safe and comfortable. I stayed in a place further south last time and won't ever again, stay here! It's the best location and spacious and comfortable.
