The room had beautiful views and lots of light and windows. Very nice place. The service for check in and information and responsiveness needs much improvement. Also, not a convenient place without a car. I didn’t receive comprehensive check in instructions or helpful information on the place and how to use the hot tub. We spent over an hour making a fire to get it going to only return to see another guest reserve it, and the woman at the desk knew how much time we spent getting the wet wood to start a fire and didn’t communicate to us that she was going to let another party reserve it, after we had spent all the time getting it hot from fire, she was not honest or friendly at all.

Lo bueno: La vista es increíble, el silencio y la naturaleza están presente durante toda la estadía. El módulo tiene todas las comodidades para ocupar durante la estadía. Sirven jugo natural en desayuno. Lo malo: En el módulo de recepción, durante el check-in, te explican cómo abrir la puerta. Deberían acompañar al cliente, es complejo. El recepcionista “Pedro” fue agresivo y temperamental en todo momento. El cliente espera sentirse bien recibido, eviten poner personal incapaz en ese puesto. Pésimo.

We spent just a couple of days and we loved this place. The view is incredible, the cabin is very clean and spacious, the bed and bedsheets are comparable to a 5* hotel. This cabin is great for a short stay, as it has no wardrobe. The kitchenette is basic but sufficient for simple meals. The breakfast delivered at the door is simple, but sufficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While the area is pretty peaceful and the cabins are up the hill, it is a pity that one can hear the noise from the non-stop river operations.

Me encantó la estadía, hermosa vista y lugar para descansar, realmente con muchas ganas de volver. Además destacar la accesibilidad universal al ingreso de la cabaña y baño. Recomiendo 100% la experiencia.
