Beide reagieren jedoch sehr schnell.
Beautiful property with endemic plants. Hot tub very dirty and unusable, wifi broken. Called property company and informed host but they weren't able to help. The office offered me the code to the neighboring unit to reset the main wifi router, but I wasn't comfortable going in there as there were other guests staying there that were gone for the day. So that was kinda weird. They said someone would be over to clean the hot tub but that must've been after we checked out. Upstairs mattress needs replaced. We slept on the downstairs floor the 2nd night. The 'fireplace' space heater is awesome
Great location near the entrance to Volcano NP and on a golf course. A little worn due to age but acceptable. WI-FI stopped working but we did not need it so did not call. Everything was there that we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Would do it again!
Very quaint, perfect location near volcano natl park. But interior dated, hottub partially functional, heating with space heaters, temps low 50s. should not cost comparable to higher end options.
We loved the peaceful rural feeling of this place. We were totally charmed by the surroundings. It’s kind of a housekeeping cottage with everything you’ll need, and not a resort property—-so come with the right expectations. We weren’t aware of how chilly it could get there at that elevation. It was 55 degrees out one morning, and inside the cabin it had gotten quite cold. Note: The only heat source(s) provided were some plug-in electric space heaters and an electric fireplace wall panel. We didn’t feel at ease with leaving these on all night while we slept so we woke to cold floors and the like. The 20+ year old hot tub needs repairs or replacement. No jets were working. All that said, and knowing what we know now—-we actually would rent here again. Tip for the next visitors: check in before 5:30pm. It gets dark right at 6:30 here and some people will feel uneasy driving back into this remote property in the dark. The bonus with all the dark nights though…billions of stars!
