We really liked this house. The living and dining rooms are large and bright. The kitchen is new and very pleasant. Overall, this is one of the nicest places we've found in Peoria. Be aware that the property is on a main road, and there is sometimes noise from traffic or trains. We didn't find this at all bothersome, and the bedroom are at the back of the house and are therefore quite removed from the noise.
