We rented the place to have Thanksgiving there and it really added something special to the festivities. The place was quiet, peaceful and great to be with family and friends. Our family had a great time, the lake view is gorgeous. The house is really cozy and the kitchen was spacious and great. Some parts of the house have been remodeled and it adds to the nice experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in another season to enjoy more the lake.
My family of five had a great stay at this mountain house labor day weekend. I am going to start with a couple negatives but finish with some great positives. We were given the wrong gate access code upon arrival. I was pretty upset since my family drove 10 hours to be stuck outside a neighborhood gate with no cell service to call for help. The property owners were very apologetic and reported the issue to Evolve accordingly. The house is older but very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for a family who planned to cook breakfast and dinner at the house. All of the beds were comfortable however the upstairs guest bed is VERY soft. The space was clean but there were areas of the house that had some cobwebs and the lines could be upgraded to new as well. The lake access is beautiful and overall we had an amazing time. Just a few things to give feedback on but in general, my family was happy with their stay.
Absolutely fantastic stay! The layout of the house is great, with each bedroom in its own area with its own bathroom. Everything was well maintained. The best stocked kitchen I've ever had with an Airbnb. The beds were super comfortable. I also loved the decor, it really felt like a family cottage. Wifi could be spotty and the stairs were very steep, but we expected this from the listing. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful location! Great time of year to be in the mountains. For the price, bar soap in the bathrooms could have been provided in my opinion….. we were not aware of this, closest store is 25-30 minutes away. Long way to go for soap……..
The house was beautiful and well maintained. The mountain and lake views were gorgeous. The guest host was very friendly and helpful.
