I am a long term resident and, Rose is a wonderful host! She make sure while you are here that you are comfortable and safe and she answers all of your calls and text messages quickly and she keeps her home clean and everyone cleans up after themselves

Rose is a wonderful host i have been living in her home for over 10 months she is very accommodating she keeps snacks and filter water in the kitchen and she is kind and helpful and attentive to your needs I highly recommend your stay here she keeps her home neat and clean and everyone clean up behind themselves

Rose is a wonderful host, I feel comfortable living in Rose house because it is close to my job and she keeps her house clean and what I love is that I have a huge bedroom with a double closet with sliding doors with mirrors and AC. and I have a mini refrigerator in my bedroom. I have been living in Rose house for ten months, Rose and I get along great , she is very responsive if I call or txt her she is respectful. I appreciate Rose for what she does, She is easy to talk to and listen to what you have to say I highly recommend Rose house long or short term.

The room was nice and big. She provided masks and clean towels. She was pleasant. However a few things were miscommunicated. 1. I rented the room specifically to work. She stated there was a desk in the room but it was a coffee table. It was very uncomfortable. 2. The keys were not in the lockbox and I had to wait 40 min to be let in. She said there was a problem with another guest misunderstanding which lockbox was which. Why then, did she not put the keys back in my lockbox? I had to call her and text via Airbnb. 3. She stated it would be quiet but there were loud guests on the same floor. Overall it’s a great stay for the price but I would not stay there again. I would pay more for better quality.
