Julie was a FANTASTIC host! Such a lovely lady and so helpful at any time of day. Communication was amazing at all times. The house is amazing and kitted out -full of hen do props and games for us to use, with stunning rooms, garden and a hot tub. We especially loved the outdoor bar. We had fantastic weather and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend! Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had the best night at Pennys Place for my friends Hen Do. The house was perfect and had everything we could need, including extra alcohol and food. Julie was so helpful and easy to contact! We would 100% return!

We booked Penny’s Place for a hen do weekend, and absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others. The house was beautiful and homely, and also had everything we could have needed and more. It was also immaculate! Julie is the best host, so helpful and accommodating. Would love to come back and stay again!

Julie was an amazing host! She was fab, clear instructions on how to check in, work the hot tub etc & lovely decor! Allowed us to check in earlier to decorate for the Hen Party! Gave us local businesses to cater for us, had a special treat on arrival! The place was amazing, will definitely recommend! Had the best supplies of hen party games too!!!

Just the perfect place for a family trip to Brighton to watch the marathon. Julie was proactive and helpful. The house was perfect. We all enjoyed the hot tub and it was perfectly located for getting about the city.
