Cute, clean, close to Santa Ana town for all necessities. Fresh Market a 10 minute walk, AM/PM store 15 minute walk, several Tico stores also. We used Didi drivers for trips instead of renting a car, but there is a rental car place 5 minute walk from here, just check Google Maps. Condominio is quiet and safe, security guard 24/7. Beautiful views of mountains from all windows. Every room has a window, open them all for breeze, there is no air conditioner but you do not need it. A standing fan is good during the day, at night there are many blankets for the bed and couch. King bed is huge and comfy, nice sheets. Kids bed in second room. Blinds in bedrooms for darkness. 2 bathrooms, hot water in both baths and kitchen. Washing machine for clothes also, hang to dry. Kitchen has everything we needed, refrigerator is huge. Water is good for drinking here. We walked early morning and evenings on streets, friendly neighbors and dogs. Sometimes loud traffic/public buses but not too bad. Windows have no screens in case you are worried with small kids or pets. Host was great. We loved our 1 month stay.

The apartment is sweet and charming. It was nice to stay here in Santa Ana for a few days. The apartment overlooks a mountain and has good views. Only downside would be street traffic at night with cars zipping by, I had earplugs so that was taken care of. Manuel was helpful through the checkin and also extended my checkout. Overall a good stay!

Great value for the cost. Bonus points are three toucans perched on the tree right outside the living room window for us to enjoy while having our morning coffee!

Manuel is very attentive and communicative. The place was exactly as described. The location was a little bit far for me as I did not have a car but still very accessible by uber. There was a corner store nearby to help me in a pinch! The condo complex is quiet and friendly. Overall felt very safe.
