Absolutely incredible stay. In the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Stayed a full week and never went to the same resturant or morning coffee shop twice. All within walking distance. Extremely clean space. Loved the full wall of windows let in plenty of natural lighting. Loved the extra added level of security needing a passcode for front door, level floor, and individual room. Put me at ease being a solo traveler

Easily the best Airbnb place we stayed at whilst in North America. The room was lovely. One of the problems with Airbnb is often the lack of place to leave luggage for a short while. Not so here, and the facility was much appreciated. I would happily stay at another Sonder place in future. It didn't take that long to walk to the waterfront.

The room was beautiful and well equipped. However, we had significant issues with check in. We’d never used Sonder before and had received just one message via Air BnB. When we arrived, we couldn’t access the check in link as they had the incorrect phone number. We messaged and emailed them but received no response. I called Air Bnb (who were very helpful) and then them (though this was costly without a US sim). We didn’t receive the check-in information on the Air Bnb app for more than half an hour and only once we’d downloaded the Sonder app. We were stuck outside late at night and it was very stressful/unsafe. Warning for other people booking Sonder rooms that their check-in process requires Govt ID, internet access, and takes time. You will also need to download the Sonder app in advance. I’ve used Air Bnb all over the world and have never had an issue like this so it was very disappointing. We also never received an acknowledgment of the issue.

Has everything an Airbnb should have. All was there to be self sufficient and the location is central. a lot of possibilities for drinks and diner nearby.
