Absolutely loved the property and the house, the only issue we had was the smell of the horse manure . Anytime we walked outside it was a very strong scent, it could be because we rented the house during break up season in Alaska. It was an awful smell and made it difficult to be outside. The house its self and the views were amazing, plenty of rooms for our group. Communication was great. We would stay here again in the summer or a time that is not during thawing season

A bit pricey honestly but, the cabin was worth it. My family of 15 came up from Mexico and enjoyed the coziness. The kitchen was perfect for the amount of people we had and there was more than enough room for everyone that was brought. We’re coming back in the summer!

Evolve's property was a great place for our team to stay at for the weekend. If the opportunity arises, we will stay at this place again.

I was very impressed with the response time of our host, Katie. The home was clean with a great view. The master suite was amazing! Great size, private, amazing views, good bathroom. Katie allowed us an early check in at 3, rather than 4, which was extremely convenient for us! The house does not match the pictures in the sense of the beds. The room listed with 3 beds only has 2 and the full bed upstairs in the pictures is actually a twin. At one point, the stove would not light. Katie sent someone out to fix it immediately! The stove does run hot so be careful not to burn your food like we almost did. Thankfully, we had only 7 people in the cabin so the bed situation was not a problem for us, but if you are counting on those extra beds keep in mind they are not there. The stairs in the house are pretty rough. The stairs leading from middle floor to bottom floor are very steep and slippery. Would not recommend for elderly people or children.

Place was nice and worked well for our Cross Country team. A beautiful house and location.
