A fantastic place in a beautiful location. Highly recommend! There is a little cafe on the beach (2min walk away) but no shops near by, so you need to have a car really. But Falmouth is close and there are lots of shops, cafes and the like. Lovely peaceful place. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We booked with a baby and had to put the provided travel cot up ourselves, this was fine but there was no bedding for the cot. Something to be aware of if you are bringing a baby with you. Lovely flowers, scones/cream/jam and butter left for us on arrival, as well as milk/tea/coffee. Can't fault it and a really good price considering the location and the size of the space. We did however stay in Jan, so it'll be more expensive in the summer.

Great location for my kids, very quiet, close to the sea. The pool table had been removed but was still in a photo, which the kids had wanted and there weren't enough bedside lights in all the bedrooms. However, we had a lovely vacation and the proximity to the beach and town was great! Thank you very much!

The house was perfect. It was spacious and had incredible views. The beach was in walking distance and was quiet and beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place.
