Lisa’s farmhouse was beautifully decorated for Christmas yet not cluttered. Very homey feel. Wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs in preparing meals.

Our stay at the Alpaca Farm was nothing short of perfect. Lisa was great at communicating and gave us great information, tips and local recommendations. The house was stunning, crystal clean, and had a lot of space and gorgeous nature nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear needed, there were plenty of towels and sheets, and beautiful comfy big beds. The Alpaca farm was right outside the house and it was a great way to start our mornings with the animals. I 100% recommend staying here with a big group, and would absolutely stay here again.

Our group of friends stayed here this past weekend and throughly enjoyed every moment! Being able to see the alpacas, cats, and chickens throughout the day was a huge highlight. The house itself was completely packed with all of the listed amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and having bed space for all 13 of us, plus multiple bathrooms, was amazing. This listing is thorough and accurate. The house is far enough away from the towns of Canandaigua and Naples that you have some privacy, but close enough that you can still enjoy the restaurants, breweries, and wineries in those areas. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future and would recommend it to others as well!

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa's place. Having 5 full baths was a luxury for my big family! The kids enjoyed the time on the property; the fire-pit, swing set and animals across the street were big hits. The property is located nearby many parks, hikes and quaint Finger Lakes towns that are fun to explore. Ultimately, I think the property was of good value. I do think the property could benefit from a deep clean and perhaps maintenance to tidy and repair some small things, such as bricks falling from the fireplace hearth, dirty dishes in the cupboards and a few various other problems, but despite this, I would still recommend.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! The best part, which every girl agreed on, is that each bed is a king size bed and each bedroom has a bathroom. The property was beautiful and the farm animals were adorable! we would have liked to see the peacocks out (they were in their pen) but I’m sure there are a variety of reasons they weren’t out for our weekend. We were greeted by the most adorable barn cats who loved to spend time with us outside and the chickens roaming was adorable. Beautiful property would highly recommend. Lisa was very responsive as well and checked in throughout the stay
