Relax into nature, take a break from wifi & melt into this cosy and romantic space by yourself or with your partner. You can watch the sunset every night while sitting curled up on the sofa out on the balcony overlooking the lake. You have full access to the art studio. There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easel and lots of art books. You are right on the water with access to a SUP & a pier. Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved. The bungalow set up to make you feel like you are stepping into a mini-paradise wrapped in love, nature and creativity. Every room is an invitation to slow down and the celebrate the moment. I designed this summer house to make you feel like you have full permission to awaken the artist inside of you. You can spend hours reading books, exploring art materials, listening to quite music or simply do nothing but drinking tea while watching birds and clouds pass by on the balcony. There is no wifi and there never will be. Nevertheless there is everything you need to feel cosy, peaceful and relaxed. You can even sleep outside on the balcony listening to the water and the wind or wake up upstairs in the most restful bedroom I have ever experienced. You will find card games, badminton and rain boots ... everything you could possibly want to recharge and get inspired by nature and art. ..................................................... This place is NOT for you if: - you want to party - you are loud - don't like peace and quite - you want to bring your dog - don't like nature ... insects and spiders included - if you don't have a car (unless you want to take a taxi or bike from Malchin or Waren/Müritz)

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Alles genauso wie beschrieben. Und: Die Landschaft in der Umgebung (die Mecklenburgische Schweiz) ist traumhaft, man kann also sehr schöne Ausflüge und Spaziergänge machen.

Hallo…ich war gerade ganz spontan für 2 Nächte in Janies Lieblingsort, dem gemütlichen Bootshaus zu Gast…🥰 Ich hab mich rundum soooo wohlgefühlt, denn ALLES hat genau meinen Vorstellungen und Ansprüchen entsprochen bzw. sogar noch übertroffen…!!! Ich bin so begeistert von den bis ins kleinste Detail so liebevoll eingerichteten und gemütlichen Räume…die Idee, die Terrasse als gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Eckcouch und vielen Kissen zu gestalten und das eigentliche Wohnzimmer somit als Herz des Hauses, dem Kunstatelier, zu widmen…soooo super 👍🏼 Es lädt einfach dazu ein, sich abends oder so wie ich - nachts - an den alten Holzschreibtisch zu setzen und mit den zu genüge zur Verfügung stehenden Malutensilien seiner Kreativität freien Lauf zu lassen 🧑🏼‍🎨👍🏼 Zusätzlich gibt es ein SUP, welches man unbegrenzt nutzen darf, denn der wunderschöne und fast menschenleere Malchiner See ist gleich am Haus angrenzend… Abschließend kann ich sagen, ich war rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder🥰

Die Unterkunft ist bunt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl und heimisch. Die Nähe zum Wasser ist grandios und die Nutzung des Sup‘s haben wir tgl. ausgekostet. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Die Umgebung lässt ein absolut zur Ruhe kommen. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum wandern. Auch an verregneten Tagen kommt keine Langeweile auf, denn Janie hat eine große Spielesammlung, CD‘s etc. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man grundsätzlich benötigt (Spüli, diverse Gewürze, Öle zum Kochen etc.). Nicht zu vergessen ist die Herzlichkeit, die uns direkt beim Eintreten des Bungalows entgegenkommt. Viele kleine süße Nachrichten und Hinweise. Ich war mit meiner besten Freundin hier im Urlaub und kann nur sagen, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Zum Abschalten und runterkommen ein sehr schöner Platz! Janie war stets erreichbar und super nett. Wunderbar eingerichtet - toller Rückzugsort am See. Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn entgegen der Erwartungen nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben super geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - im Gegenteil: Wir waren mit Allem glücklich. Allerdings bis auf dem Punkt, dass gegen Ende der Saison die Sauberkeit nicht mehr die Beste war.

Most of the "neighbourhood" are other bungalow owners around 70-80 years of age or their younger family members that have taken over the bungalow from their grand parents.
You will most likely meet some of the neighbours during the weekend ... not so many during the week. In general it is a very quiet and relaxed place.
During lunch time 12:20-14:30pm and after 10pm visitors are asked to be extra quiet.
Your direct neighbours are very friendly. My family has been friends with them for many years. Nevertheless you will most likely not have much contact with them.
The walls of the bungalow are not the most sound proof, but it's not much different to living in a city apartment. The chances that someone is living in the bungalow right next to your's are there are not very high, but I cannot promise anything.
You can sometimes overhear some of the conversations of other people if you sit outside on the verandas, but the wind and birds take over most of the human voices.
If you prefer a super sound proof bedroom this is not the right place for you unless you come when the weather is not the best or towards the beginning or the end of the summer. During those times you will be almost in complete solitude.

出行信息

The easiest way to get to and from the bungalow is by car.
You can also take a train to Malchin or Waren/Mueritz and then continue with a bus or cab. The buses only run on a very limited time schedule.
Once you are at the bungalow you can take many walks through the forrest and find beautiful spots to go for a swim. If you don't want to go far, you can jump into the lake only 50m away from your bungalow at the end of the private pier that belongs our little community.
If you bring your bike you can ride through the forrest to Basedow, which is a wonderful small village with cafes and restaurants or to the camping site close by called Malchiner See with a sandy beach and a small kiosk.
You can also explore the lake with the SUP when the weather is calm. I love going out on the lake the most during sunset. Often the lake looks like a colourful mirror at that time of the day.
