Great location and space

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days at Christmas. I have family on the Cape and have visited my whole life. Normally we’d stay with family, but we weren’t able to this trip. Brian’s place was a great back-up and the perfect spot for us! It was cozy, clean, and peaceful. It’s closely located near Main Street that is full of shops and restaurants. The house sits near the main road, but we couldn’t hear any traffic! Brian was very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. We were pleased with our stay and will consider in the future.

Very clean spot! All the amenities and a perfect location. Mattress was perfect too! Nothing better than a perfect mattress. : ) Will try and get this same spot for my next visit to Falmouth. (I once or twice texted him and his reply time was FAST!) Would recommend for sure.

We enjoyed staying in Brian’s well-equipped home. Brian was wonderfully communicative. It was clean and spotless. About 6 blocks away is Falmouth’s quaint village where we enjoyed dining, shopping, and marvelous patisserie. Mattresses were comfortable foam types. I recommend this unit hosted by Brian for those guests who want a tight nice base for which to explore Cape Cod.

Brian’s place was perfect for a weekend in Falmouth for the Cape Cod marathon. We were walking distance from the start/finish line!
