This house is a good place to stay with family or even multiple families or couples. You always have the whole house for you. There are 4 bedrooms, where 3 of them have their own fully equipped bathroom! Incredible! Also there is space to park at least 4 cars around the house and down in the garage. The house is a 3 minute walk away from the beautiful beach. The pool was also nice to use (private, not shared) and very clean. There are also small stores 5 minutes walking away. We would kindly recommend this house to anybody, who is looking for a house with enough space.

Boa localização, mesmo junto aos passadiços da praia. Bom estado geral das comodidades, 3 quartos grandes + 1 quarto bastante pequeno com um beliche; cozinha bem equipada. Boa opção para grupos.

We had a fabulous holiday in this large family home, ideal for travelling with a large family. Our family of 8, including elderly grandparents and teenagers would all gladly return for another trip to this beautiful house. The swimming pool is large and we all really enjoyed it. Large outdoor dining area with Barbeque, which we used daily. The area is a little quiet, which we loved, but you have a few shops, bar, restaurant, pharmacy and coffee shops within walking distance. Eating out is great value for money and the local shop is very reasonable. The main street of Esposende is a 3km walk along the board walk, the route is relatively flat. Esposende is a beautifully town, with many shops, bars and restaurants. There was a free bus service from the beach to Esposende and onto Apulia, which runs during August. Uber taxi service available, but only at busy times. Good bus service to Porto from Esposende bus station. Highly recommend this property.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très appréciable. La piscine permet de profiter du soleil et réaliser quelques brasses afin de se détendre et réaliser sa séance de sport quotidienne. Les activités disponibles comme le bingo et le puzzle de 1000 pièces apportent un moment de convivialité entres amis, des rires et du bonheur. Nous avons appréciés la ville d’Esposende ainsi que ces balades le long de la côte. L’hôte nous avais préparé les lits ainsi que les serviettes pour passer une nuit longue et reposante. Dois-je recommander l’hôte ? Affirmatif ! Disponible par messages, humain et à l’écoute. C’est vraiment plaisant ! #Plaisir La team 0limit

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in august 2022 - there were 7 of us (parents and kids plus two grandparents). The children were 7,9 and 11 years. We travelled from Hampshire, England & knew only a few words in Portuguese when we arrived. One of the grandparents is in a wheelchair whenever out and about and it was good for them too. It was big, really good space for a large family. LOCATION. - We had no transport so I suppose Cepaes is a little limited then as it is quite rural. However, we walked to Esposende on the lovely boardwalk which goes for miles. We ate at some great places in Esposende. We also got the bus to Povoa de Varzim and going the other way to Via a de Castelo. It’s a quiet neighbourhood (apart from The two barking dogs directly opposite who seem to be out in the garden all day/night!). We had nice help from a neighbour in an emergency too, and another neighbour also offered so they seem a nice bunch of people. In Cepaes we ate at 3 of the snack bars - Ribeiros cafe and Popeye’s. Plus we had drinks/icecream at both the beach bars (casual and a trendy one) and our favourite was cafe Praia mar (spelling?) which was a family run place with a lovely dog and a grey parrot. Lovely lovely owners. The supermarket is really handy, we shopped there every day. Great butcher counter and fresh pastry & bread. There’s also two other shops and a fruit/veg shop So it’s really well catered for. The beach is the best. There’s sand, then a line of gorgeous pebbles then the best rockpools ever. Kids were so entertained. It’s a beautiful coastline and the sand dunes are gorgeous, then there’s the bank of hills behind the town, covered in trees. THE HOUSE - as I said great spacious house, the kids bedroom with bunk was vv small But suited them fine and the 3 big bedrooms all had en-suite bath/shower/ toilet. Two of the big bedrooms went out onto the front balcony. The pool is amazing - massive! We were a bit unlucky with the weather ( the pool is not heated )and was quite freezing / fresh (!) but me and the kids love it so much we went in everyday anyway. The only downside is the house is quite outdated/old fashioned in decor, and the electrics tripped a few times for no reason. This isn’t a big deal but it was more expensive than our usual stays but was not more luxurious. Check in - I had to give low stars for check in as it was quite stressful for us. We called from the airport as promised around 7.30 but shortly after in the taxi transfer over the representative from House and people called back and said could we come at 9.30pm instead as the house wasn’t ready. They said something about a late check out which annoyed me as we had actually paid an extra day (the day before we arrived) as that’s all I could book and the flights couldn’t match up. I said no, we were coming anyway and it would have to be cleaned round us. Tired kids and a disabled gentleman with us too on a Sunday night. I’m not sure where we were supposed to go? We turned up and no one was there, we waited and waited. Called house and people and he was confused - said it wasn’t ready so he wasn’t going to meet us yet! He was over 40 minutes away too. In the end we waited an hour outside not able to get in then the cleaners arrived with the keysafe code. Have to say, the representative was very apologetic about it all when he came and they compensated us and again apologised the next day so I don’t think this happens often, but as I said it was not smooth. Communication - after check in I just had one query when I couldn’t find the fuse box and house and people were very quick with the answer, all good there.
